Worship an Elder God, construct a pyramid, and pursue immortality in the hidden city of El Dorado while struggling to preserve your sanity. Manage and draft cards into action rows to gather resources, build temples, craft sacred masks, raise shrines, make sacrifices, and send cultists into the Physical Realm and Other-Lands. Cards form a closed economy of actions, with rivals able to build on the same rows or collect them for alternate effects. Gaining madness tokens restricts resource storage as players compete for knowledge, goods, and points.
