The Walking Dead Board Game: The Best Defense

Players take on the roles of survivors defending four locations—the Farm, Prison, Town, and Highway—from approaching Walkers. The board is assembled randomly, with resources placed across the locations and unique Event cards triggering new threats and calamities each round. Players move between locations, gather resources, combine their combat abilities, and use dice to resolve fights and other events. A rotating leader provides a character-specific bonus, while the group must manage supplies carefully: if a resource deck runs out, everyone loses. Beginner and Expert modes vary how much information players may share, and optional secret Ulterior Motives give individual players personal objectives.
