Vicious Villains: The Baddest of the Bad

This collection provides ten ready-to-use supervillains for Mutants & Masterminds Third Edition games. The characters range from power level 6 to 20 and can serve as antagonists or form the basis of an all-villain campaign, with point totals included for customization. The roster includes a mad Egyptian god, a terrorist protected by diplomatic immunity, an alien warrior, a deadly assassin, a plague-bringing killer, a mercenary, a would-be world conqueror, an enraged brute, a fallen hero with reality-shaping alien weapons, and a human-serpent biochemist.
