Rules cover loyal Mechanicum and Dark Mechanicum armies, their Formations and Detachments, three Formations of Legend, and army lists for Collegia Titanica and Questoris Familia forces. A campaign system links battles together, including an Escalation Campaign that builds toward a final apocalyptic battle.
