Players act as regional power suppliers competing to build plants, buy resources and connect cities to supply electricity to residential and industrial customers. The game uses a special double-sided map—one side depicts Baden-Württemberg as a new regional board, the other shows a modified Germany map with Mannheim removed and Karlsruhe added. Turn structure revolves around an auction-and-bidding market for power plants, managing fuel resources, expanding network connections, and optimizing which plants to run to meet growing demand. Player order and market dynamics shift as the game progresses, and scoring depends on how many cities each player successfully powers.
