Train and manage gladiators as a lanista seeking prestige in ancient Rome. Recruit gladiators from the market, negotiate contracts to place teams in city spectacles, and organize fights between your own fighters. A bag of colored tokens determines combat outcomes, while players manipulate its contents to influence the odds. After combat, injured gladiators must be healed or may produce prestige through an accident. Authentic names, equipment sets, and pairings reflect the historical research behind the game.
