Risk: Balance of Power

Dominate Europe in this Risk experience optimized for head-to-head play. Two players deploy armies across 30 territories divided into six regions, with rough terrain making some areas harder to attack. Each player must protect their capital while completing three public objectives, using one of four starting setups that includes a neutral player. Armies are raised from territories, regions, and cities, while conquered territories provide cards for additional forces. The introductory Base Training mode offers a streamlined entry point, while Command Centre adds hidden setup choices, neutral support, and bonuses gained from defeated armies.
