Players bid in a spatial auction to win parcels, then place buildings to shape neighborhoods, appeal to patrons, and fulfill secret and public objectives. Resources are limited and placement choices interact across the shared skyline, affecting scoring and future opportunities. Over several rounds players develop a central Wonder, manage prestige, and respond to rising stakes as the city grows; the highest-scoring artisan at the end of the game wins the legacy.
