The American Civil War

A grand-strategy and tactical warfare game covering the conflict between the Union and the Confederacy. Players direct the war effort of either side, leading armies, building naval forces, and managing political measures such as emancipation and conscription. They can also attempt to influence European involvement while pursuing victory through military and strategic decisions.
