Union Stockyards
Players take the role of major Gilded Age meat packers managing operations in Chicago’s stockyards. Over six years, players place workers to build processing and distribution infrastructure, develop technologies and brands, and open branch houses in eastern cities to change how much value they extract from cattle, hogs, and sheep. A central supply-and-demand market responds to players’ slaughtering decisions: livestock costs fluctuate based on collective demand and can be manipulated strategically. Workers require pay and may go on strike if neglected, affecting available actions. The winner is the packer who accumulates the most wealth through margin-driven profits and market control.

Javo8.0 Sorprendido gratamente. Un familiar para iniciarse a colocación de trabajadores con cierto aire de económico. Para iniciados es perfecto y para jugadores experimentados es satisfactorio pero echarás en falta un algo más, aún así muy disfrutable (sensaciones parecidas a stockpile y pan am). Los componentes son muy bonitos y de calidad, los tableros personales son robustos. Mucha interacción entre jugadores especialmente en la zona de construcción donde puedes jugar más agresivo o no. En cuanto acciones siempre hay opción para hacer algo, no hay mucho puteo, a excepción de ciertas acciones oportunistas que son muy interesantes ir rápido a ellas. A nivel de rejugablildad parece buena ya que puedes jugar varias estrategias (comprar pero al final no tiene tanta profundidad). La temática, puede ser cruel pero sólo es un juego, bien implementada y tematizado. En cuanto a mecánicas nada que no se haya visto ya, cumple perfectamente. Mejoras: -Asimetría entre compañias? -Expansión con opción de algún trabajador extra. -Un módulo que añada un extra de profundidad
