Before the Wind

Bid for actions to acquire goods, pay to store them in warehouses, and load complete deliveries onto ships in the harbor. Each ship requires a specific combination of goods, and accepts its cargo from a single trader. Manage warehouse space and timing, as the fleet departs when storage fills and the wind is favorable.
