Caravans of Ahldarahd

Players lead merchant clans in a fantastic realm of desert kingdoms, building caravans and fleets to establish trade routes and control commerce in key cities. Each player has a unique map with distinct advantages and disadvantages, and must choose between securing monopolies at home or sending traders to distant ports. Resources for expansion are acquired through bidding, while negotiations and shifting alliances affect access to rival islands. Players can also bid for the favor of powerful factions to gain special advantages. Opponents may invade maps by controlling the relevant Right of Passage card, adding political risk to route and resource management.
