Players represent colonial European nations competing to gain the most support. People work in territories to produce goods, which are supplied to the population to earn support. Wars can provide people, territories, goods, and supporters, but require gold to raise armies; gold also comes from selling goods. Turns are taken simultaneously, and players may trade freely at any time, including people, territories, goods, gold, and powers. After the final round, the nation with the most support wins.
