Take on the role of an iconic villain from the James Bond films and compete to become Number One of SPECTRE. Each villain follows a different plot inspired by the films, pursuing goals such as acquiring gold bullion or taking control of the world, while 007 works to disrupt plans and expose secrets. Assemble devices, spy on opponents, blackmail rivals, and deploy agents around the globe to infiltrate key installations. Develop criminal empires behind the scenes using weapons, locations, and characters from the Bond films.
