The Boldest

Forgotten creatures awaken in the Iron Valley, where factions send heroes into the forest to defeat mechanical monsters, recover artifacts, and gather experience. Each round, players secretly divide heroes into three groups and assign them to consecutive expeditions. Groups consist mainly of heroes from the same class, with pets able to join any group. Players compare group strengths through hidden bidding, and only the strongest group at each expedition performs its class action. Warriors, technicians, and hunters collect forest cards, while cooks recruit heroes with special abilities. Successful heroes leave the faction or recover in the Party Tent, while weaker groups remain available and gain a replacement hero. After five or six rounds, the player with the most experience wins.
