This historical wargame covers conflicts from the final defeat of Napoleon through the mid-19th century, including wars of independence, nationalist campaigns, colonial struggles, the Crimean War, and the American Civil War. Players command forces in battles such as Ayacucho, Balaclava, Solferino, Antietam, Königgrätz, and others. The scenarios reflect the transition from linear warfare to industrialized combat, as railroads, telegraphs, rifled muskets, and repeating rifles begin to reshape battlefield tactics.
