Pocket Odyssey

Pocket Odyssey is a board game for 2–4 players. It plays in 120 minutes and is meant for ages 12 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 4.

Players create a character by choosing a background, adding special powers, and taking a Flaw and a secret personal goal. One player acts as the storyteller, drawing quest cards to build a series of challenges while the others form a party of adventurers exploring a modular dungeon map. Combat plays out in turn order with the storyteller controlling monsters; heroes gain loot and level up after encounters. Victory requires completing the storyteller’s main quest cards and each player’s hidden personal goal, blending micro dungeon crawling with roleplaying elements.
