Storm in the East

A two-player wargame covering Army Group Center’s opening offensive in Operation Barbarossa from June 22 to July 16, 1941. German forces, including the 4th and 9th Armies and the 2nd and 3rd Panzer Groups, attack the Soviet Central Front and its reinforcements. Each turn represents two days, with play conducted at division scale. The campaign tracks the advance toward the Minsk Pocket, where Soviet forces suffered heavy losses in prisoners and equipment. The game includes 250 counters and one map.
