Theosis

A vacancy among the gods draws demigods into competition for a place at the table of creation. Each demigod selects mortal Heroes and summons them to Hierapolis, where they complete quests over six turns of preparation. Heroes gain Powers, earn gold, acquire Weapons, Armor, and Artifacts, and visit locations throughout the ancient city. They then enter the Arena for nine rounds of combat. The champion left standing elevates their patron to Godhood.
