Players take part in a medieval tournament as contenders vying for prestige and leadership of the Royal Guard. Each turn players play cards to compete in challenges, manage limited resources, and react to opponents’ actions. Timing and tactical choices shape progress across a fixed number of rounds. The game tracks prestige points; at the end of the final round the player with the most prestige wins.
