Bandido

2016 · Card Game

Bandido

A prisoner is tunneling out from beneath the cell; players work together to block all escape routes before the tunnel reaches the edge of the layout. Players play and join cards that extend the tunnel network, placing walls and obstacles to seal off openings while watching for paths the prisoner can take. The game uses simple tile placement and pattern recognition, making turns quick and focused on cooperation and spatial thinking. Components and rules allow play with families and can be mixed with the sequel for larger setups.

First play test won after 3 moves (10s). Second playtest lasted way longer. So it could get quite boring because it's always the same and there is almost no challenge. But I have to try with my kids... No way, this game is just a waste of time. Is this even a game?
