2024 · Card Game
Odin
Players try to empty their hands over a series of hands by playing sets of numbered, six-suit cards. Each hand begins with a lead playing a single card; subsequent players may pass or play an equal or one-higher count of cards with a higher composite value. Multi-card plays must share the same number or suit, and their value is formed by ordering digits from high to low (e.g., 6 then 3 = 63). When a non-lead player plays, they take one card from the previous play into their hand and discard the rest. Rounds end when a player goes out or all others pass; hands end when a player empties all cards or the lead plays all remaining cards of a single suit or number. Players score penalty points for cards remaining in hand; play repeats until a player reaches 15 or more points, and the lowest score wins.
