Proliferation

Engage in diplomacy and attempt world domination as one of nine nuclear powers. Build the economy through infrastructure, negotiate trade agreements and alliances, and conduct secret missions to sabotage rival arsenals and economies. Stockpile nuclear weapons, deploy defenses and peacekeepers, and attempt to meet national consolidation conditions or survive an all-out nuclear war.
