Rio Grande War

Hypothetical war between the United States and Mexico following the American Civil War, with French forces supporting Emperor Maximilian. One player commands the Imperial forces, while the other leads the United States and Mexican Republic. Action Points represent each side’s command and logistical capabilities, funding recruitment and military operations. Players maneuver divisions, brigades, regiments, partisan groups, and leaders across a map of North America, with each hex representing 45 miles and each turn covering one to two months.
