Rookie's Guide to Criminal Organisations

This supplement explores criminal activity in Mega-City One, from street-level theft to sophisticated organisations hidden behind legitimate businesses. It details notable criminal groups and provides rules for creating a criminal empire, managing its finances, avoiding Justice Department attention, and competing with rival organisations. New specialists, skills, reputation rules, and scenario ideas support campaigns focused on perps and their operations. It also introduces roles such as the Umpty Bagger, Jimp, Creative Accountant, and Sleazy Lawyer.
