The modifications give these ships distinct characteristics while retaining the original system’s scale independence, with 1/300 or 6mm miniatures in mind. The book includes guidance for creating ship profiles and historical vessels, fifteen scenarios from conflicts including the American Revolution, the Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars, the Tripolitan Wars, and the Quasi-War with France, plus rules for running campaigns with small ships. Kiss Me Hardy is required.
