Ligretto Crazy

It's a simultaneous card-playing frenzy from start to finish. Players race to empty their decks by building shared piles in sequence, playing cards one higher or lower than the current value. A 5 claims a pile for scoring, while discarded cards, cards left in hand, and cards remaining in the deck cost points. The first player to reach 100 points wins.
