Rum & Pirates

Guida una ciurma di pirati tra i vicoli del loro covo, sfidandovi in gare di bevute, risse e altre imprese per raccogliere rum e guadagnare fama. I giocatori condividono il controllo del capitano, usando il movimento e scelte tattiche per visitare i luoghi e ottenere punti. Alla fine di ciascuno dei cinque round, i pirati si contendono i posti migliori dove dormire a bordo della nave. Configurazioni variabili del tabellone, tessere e tiri di dado offrono opportunità sempre nuove, mantenendo al contempo semplici le regole di movimento e raccolta.

This is a super light route building game, where players get cute little pirate meeples that they lay down behind the path of the red action pawn that players move around the board to collect tiles of different point values when they land on an intersection space. A few of the tile collection methods require die rolls, which feels a little uncomfortable among the other mechanisms in the game. Still, the game is pretty fun for what it is, however I don't think I need to own this. ★ Art and components ☆ Innovative mechanics ★ Handles 5 or more players ★ Good with min or max players ★ Low time between turns ☆ Comfortable complexity ☆ Re-playability ★☆☆ Enjoyment

Too sticky for me. The mutiny mechanic that gets you moving pirates from one side of a thing to the other is interesting but tedious and random in reality.
