Shake Up

A struggling IT company is facing Chapter 11, with high operating costs, low revenue, and debts to clear. Competing consultants present plans to turn the business around and put it in the green. Each player manages an identical deck representing the company’s employees, drawing four cards each turn to use their abilities. Employees can be laid off permanently to reduce salaries and make the deck more efficient, while projects generate revenue and rival departments interfere with opposing proposals. When a deck is emptied, its player may call an Audit, comparing revenue with employee salaries and unpaid loans. A positive result wins the game, but a failed audit adds more debt.
