Veto Revolution

Players shed cards by playing equal- or higher-ranking cards, wild cards, and action cards that alter the rules. Matching a played card makes the previous player draw three cards unless they use a VETO card to avoid the pickup. When a hand is empty, players continue from face-down Ground piles, playing those cards blindly. The first player to play all their cards wins, while the last player holding cards loses.
