War & Write II

Experience an alternate-history World War II in 30 minutes in this 2–5 player team-based, pen-and-paper wargame. Players lead Allied and Axis factions across six map configurations, including a world map covering the European, Pacific, and American theaters. Over six rounds, representing the years of the war, players secretly write commands to reinforce units, form diplomatic ties, move forces, and contest decisive territories before revealing their plans simultaneously. Control flagged locations to gain influence in the League of Nations, which can shift victory between factions. Advanced play adds faction-specific technologies, including espionage, rockets, fighter squadrons, and bombs that remove all units and flags from a territory.
