Run rail companies across Cuba, pay the state railway, and transport sugar for profit. Minor companies carry sugar cane from plantations to mills, while major companies move sugar to harbors using special railroad cars. The state railway operates discarded trains and controls many station tokens, which companies can pay to use. Players buy and operate companies, manage routes and income, and build wealth throughout the game. The wealthiest player at the end wins.
