Blue Moon City: Theater & Golden Shrine Promo Tiles
A promotional set adds two tiles to the city. The Golden Shrine allows a player ending their turn there to offer crystals to the obelisk and place one of their markers on it, paying one crystal more than the lowest numbered box. Pillar cards cannot be used to make additional offerings at this tile. The Theater has no special power.
