Borodino: Battle of the Moskova, 1812

A brigade-level simulation of the 1812 Battle of Borodino, fought between Napoleon’s French army and the Russian forces defending the approach to Moscow. Players command formations using historically researched orders of battle and may attempt Davout’s risky flanking maneuver. The game also includes a shorter introductory scenario covering the earlier Attack on the Schevardino Redoubt. Each hex represents 297 meters, with turns covering approximately 75 minutes and strength points representing 200 men.
