Burden of Command - Age of Sail to World War I

A historical role-playing game about military command from the Age of Sail through World War I. Game Masters create campaigns set across battlefields, forests, skies, seas, and frozen landscapes, presenting difficult decisions about orders, casualties, and loyalty to command. Players build characters whose backstories reflect these choices, shaping their skills, moral outlooks, and allegiances. The game focuses on the ethical pressures of leadership and the consequences of sending troops into danger while trying to bring them home.
