Death Ride Kursk: Command and Control and Fire Support Enhancements

This enhancement adds command-and-control and fire-support rules to the Kursk battlefield. Headquarters must check radio line of sight to maintain communication, while failed or intercepted transmissions can restrict orders, reveal positions, or expose headquarters to artillery counterfire. Signal units support communications, and task organization charts allow German companies and Soviet battalions to be reassigned as battlefield command relationships change. German company counters and an optional Tiger tank battalion are also included. Artillery counters and mission markers distinguish Direct Support, General Support, and Reinforcing assignments, limiting how batteries can be used. The system adds smoke missions and expanded counter-battery fire, along with markers for tracking movement, primary and secondary weapon fire, opportunity fire, and units that are out of command or supply.
