Frozen Shinies: The Emperor Penguin's Nephew

Penguin traders exchange treasures to delight the Emperor Penguin's Nephew, who values quantity over quality. Players race between trading shops, placing cards and taking cards of matching value from another stack. Fish can be used to make change when values differ, while card powers manipulate the stacks. When only one stack remains, the player with the most cards wins.
