In 1888, players are ambitious engineers competing to build an automobile prototype for demanding investors. Each player gathers and develops parts by taking actions at locations such as the Patent Office, Junk Yard, Back Alley, and Workshop. Prototypes must satisfy the investors’ requirements while players manage timing, monitor competitors, and cope with unstable machinery. Skill, planning, and a measure of luck determine which design succeeds—and which one breaks down first.
