Ground Floor: Overfunding Achievements

Additional modules expand the corporate management game with new Specialty, Floor Improvement, and Tenant Improvement tiles. Economic Scenario and Forecast cards alter the game’s economic conditions, while a randomly selected Event card affects one board area throughout the game. An Architect’s Office tile adds a new business area for players to visit, and Floor Cost Rulers help determine the cost of new Floor Improvements.
