In the 41st century, brightly coloured cities remain welcoming even as overpopulation has made individual lives worthless. Killing is legal and necessary, with workers armed and drugged by the ruling class while resources remain scarce. Players stage cheerful tabletop combat between heavily armed people, fighting through vibrant streets over everyday necessities such as cotton candy, leather shoes, and soda.
