Heroes & Capitols (fan expansion for Settlers of Catan)

An expansion for a settlement, exploration, and trading game that adds ships, heroes, event cards, and Capitol upgrades. Players develop settlements into Capitols, use new powers and events, and introduce conquest alongside trading and expansion. The new components build on the base game's existing systems and artwork.
