Adds new threats, minions, storylines, and powers to the superhero game. Players face the Grand Vizier and Viprous as archenemies, while Hidden Explosives and Shinobi Assassins introduce new minion cards. Crossover Issue and Reformed Criminal provide additional storylines, and Combat Instructor cards add new powers with a randomizer.
