Challenging, strategic solitaire wargame on the American Civil War. Manage the Confederate government and war effort as Jefferson Davis, directing armies and peripheral campaigns while deciding how to allocate scarce artillery, ironclads, reinforcements, and rail capacity. Balance military operations with political and economic demands in Richmond. Enact reforms, manage States’ Rights, defend key cities, dispatch cabinet members to support agriculture and industry, and use blockade running to fund the war. Choose where to supply armies, launch invasions, employ guerrillas, and seek possible British or French intervention.
