A set containing the rules, miniatures, and accessories needed for skirmish battles in Mega-City One. Players control a small team of Street Judges or Perps, fighting through City Blocks and crowded streets in scenarios that include building interiors and vehicles. Linked games allow factions to develop over a campaign.
