Jurassic Parts: Paleo-Journalist Promo Card

A promotional card originally included in Pack A from the Dice Tower 2021 Kickstarter campaign. During a split, play it to reduce a player's total by one chisel before determining rank order, without reducing the total to zero. Give the card to that player, who may reuse it in a future split.
