黒川おとぎ Kurokawa Otogi - Zakuro Shoukougun, or, Pomegranate Syndrome

In a world much like our own, exceptionally talented girls possess abilities ranging from extraordinary athleticism to artistic and culinary genius. Each periodically suffers from Pomegranate Syndrome, losing control of their behavior and becoming a danger to those around them, particularly boys. The only known cure is sexual contact, leading to difficult situations and potentially serious consequences as the characters try to manage the syndrome.
