Lair of the Daashiono

In the City By the Sea, the Daashiono inhabit sea caves, sewers, and basements, creating monsters from human flesh and bargaining with criminals and other desperate groups. Specialized hunters seek to destroy them, while university scholars investigate their origins and nature. This sandbox framework provides a new location with a map and setting details, four NPCs with histories and adaptable game statistics, six plot hooks with three twists each, and tables of rumors and encounters for use in an ongoing roleplaying campaign.
