A tactical wargame module covering armored and aerial warfare from 1936 to 1941, with a focus on technological developments in tanks, aircraft, and artillery. Players use geomorphic maps, more than 200 counters, and expanded rules to resolve historical scenarios from the Spanish Civil War, the Winter War, the campaigns in France and Norway, fighting in the Far East, and early encounters with the KV-1 and T34A. The module includes historical commentary, scenarios, expansion rules, and a double-sided map.
