Legion: The Siberian Story – Promo
Add four promo Character cards to the regular Characters, with one new Character for each faction. These Characters introduce Toughness: a Character with this ability is defeated only after receiving a third Wound. Place the second Wound card upside down in the Character’s sleeve to show that it has two Wounds.
