Players lead expeditions across the Himalayas, volcanic regions, underwater sites, rainforests, and deserts while dealing with unexpected bandit raids. Each move requires a tile matching the chosen expedition, and tiles must be placed in ascending order. Players manage their options and push their luck to build profitable routes under the familiar Lost Cities scoring system. A storage area holds up to two tiles for later use, while raid tiles allow players to discard tiles. The lowest-numbered tiles also provide additional actions.
